- LRS consists of people’s samitis at the base, regional committees in different states of the country, and a Central Executive Council.
- The all-India Convention of LRS, held on an annual basis, discusses and decides all major policies and programs of LRS, and also elects the Central Executive Council.
- LRS activities are funded from the donations from its members and from the public at large.
- The current Central Executive Council includes the following office-bearers:
